Serve as a key quality liaison between manufacturing plants and component suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment on quality-related issues.

Perform product inspections, implement containment actions, analyze quality data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and continuous quality improvements.

Lead and coordinate timely emergency, interim, and permanent corrective actions for customer and internal quality issues, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Serve as a quality ambassador, mentor, and sub-workstream leader, promoting End-to-End (E2E) Built-In Quality principles across the organization.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and projects, leveraging Office 365 tools to track progress, analyze data, and enhance operational performance.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve product quality, and reduce defects.

Manage internal and external customer relationships in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering teams, ensuring prompt resolution of quality concerns.

Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and quality tools, including Six Sigma and 8D, to investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and sustain process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering.

Strong working knowledge of quality standards, quality systems, and manufacturing operations within a production environment.

Proven experience applying 8D methodology or other structured problem-solving techniques to investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues.

Demonstrated ability to analyze quality data, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality.

Working knowledge of engineering, design, manufacturing, and maintenance processes.

Proficient in Office 365 applications with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
