Overnight General Labor Crew

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Sealcoat Crew Laborer to assist with asphalt maintenance and sealcoating operations. This role involves prepping surfaces, applying sealcoat, handling equipment, and supporting the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. It's a hands-on, outdoor job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Assist with mixing, loading, and applying sealcoat material to driveways, parking lots, and roadways

Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment; assist with clean-up at the end of each shift

Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and perform physical labor for extended periods

Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and materials

CDL is a plus

Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed

Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area
