Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who finds purpose in supporting patients and families through meaningful moments of care? Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community.

Schedule: Per Diem, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, On-Call After Hours

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver hands‑on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey. Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!

Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
