Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and responses.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and post-operative care.
Manage central lines, IVs, and other essential patient care procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
Current Pennsylvania RN license or compact license in hand.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Experience with telemetry and managing high-acuity patients preferred.
Proficiency in accessing/managing ports and administering blood products.
