The pharmacy resident will be a self-directed, independent, motivated learner as guided by the Residency Program Director and preceptors. The pharmacy resident will conduct several projects to improve the quality of patient care, advance the profession of pharmacy and evaluate the sustainability of pharmacy services. The pharmacy resident will also provide medication-related education and training to health care professionals.This position is in Florence SC at Hope Health.One Pharmacy resident position is available for one year beginning from July 1st, 2024 – June 30th 2025.Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience - PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy; eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of South Carolina; current CPR certification is required; must meet the qualifications to administer vaccinations according to the SC Board of Pharmacy.Required Certification, Licence/Other CredentialsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities - Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, team player.
