**Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation.

**Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
