The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients within healthcare settings. Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant training program.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.

Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long‑term care facility.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Additional training in specialized care areas such as geriatrics or rehabilitation.

Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols.

Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition.

Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
