Seeking Special Event Paint & Sip Art Instructors Nationwide

Degy Concepts is growing, and we're looking for multiple USA-based Special Event Paint & Sip Art Instructors to join our team! We are seekingEXPERIENCED, talented, and engaging Art Instructors who can guide our guests through the creative process while providing a fun and stimulating atmosphere. At least 2 years of hands-on painting experience, with acrylics as the preferred medium

Professional, reliable, and able to travel for events

Freelance/Gig Work- Instructors are booked on ashow-by-show basisby Degy Concepts
Travel will be required, with expenses covered

Artistic Excellence: Prepare paintings according to our best practices, setting up the approved master painting in the designated area before each session begins.
Ensure all camera equipment is set up and tested prior to start of session.
Engaging Teaching: Lead the painting sessions with step-by-step guidance, engaging customers throughout and managing the session time efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers as they arrive, guide them to their seats, and provide aprons. Providing support and encouragement throughout and assisting with food and beverage orders.
Food and Beverage Support: Announcements + Direct customers to the food and beverage options.
Shift Requirements

Applicants should be available to travel by car or air depending on location. Most gigs will take 1-4 days, including travel time, pending location of event in relation to where you are. This may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Artistic proficiency, particularly in acrylics, and skill in teaching painting.
Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a focus on customer service excellence.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in necessary technology for session operation—iPhone, iPad, GoPro camera, YouTube.
Willingness to travel, potentially a few hundred miles (up to 4 hours each way by car).
Flexible availability.
Experience and Education

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, acrylic painting preferred.
Prior experience in a customer-focused environment.
Prior experience in group art teaching is preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that involves music and large groups.
