What You'll Be Doing

Examining patients and reviewing their dental and medical histories to fully understand their oral health needs

Diagnosing oral health issues and creating treatment plans tailored to each patient

Performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care

Reading X-rays and other diagnostic tests to guide your treatment decisions

Helping patients understand their treatment options and easing any anxiety about their visit

Prescribing medications when needed, following all applicable regulations

Referring patients to specialists when a case calls for it, and coordinating care as needed

Keeping accurate, up-to-date patient records in line with privacy and regulatory standards

Following proper sterilization and infection control practices throughout the office

Working closely with dental assistants and front-office staff to keep things running smoothly

Jumping into mentorship opportunities and ongoing learning to keep growing your skills

Staying in the loop on new techniques, materials, and technology in dentistry

What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active, valid dental license in good standing as required by the state of practice

Solid clinical skills across a range of general dentistry procedures

Great communication skills, both with patients and other dental professionals

An eye for detail and a real commitment to quality, patient-centered care

Good time-management skills to juggle a busy, varied schedule

Comfort with dental practice software and digital imaging is a plus

A professional approach to patient confidentiality and safety standards

An eagerness to learn and grow, with openness to mentorship along the way
