Reviews and updates medical history at each visit.

Maintains instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing and selecting instruments.

Performs all necessary oral prophylactic services by cleaning deposits and stains from teeth by scaling, polishing or subgingival root planning and curettage; Document all hygiene services and chart clinical findings in Dentrix.

Educate patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions

Graduate of an accredited School of Dental Hygiene

Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Dental Hygienist

Local anesthesia certification preferred

Good working knowledge of dental equipment and terminology, OSHA, and safety compliance

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced dental environment

Superior customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preference will be given to bilingual/bicultural individuals who can speak Spanish and/or

Portuguese
