What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on:

IV sedation and conscious sedation cases

Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars

Implants

Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery

Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting

You bring the hands. We bring the patients, the staff, the instruments, the assistants, and the back-office.

Who We're Looking For

DDS or DMD — we welcome both oral surgeons (completed OMFS residency) and surgically trained general dentists (GPR/AEGD residency or documented chairside surgical volume: extractions, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement)

Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)

Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)

Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team

Patient-first mindset — Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here

Oral surgeons and general dentists with strong surgical experience are both encouraged to apply.
