Minimum qualifications include proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, physical capability to perform repetitive motions, lift and carry heavy items, and stand for extended periods, strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance, and reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent shift coverage.

Preferred qualifications include certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training programs, knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends, experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions, ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils, engaging with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience, handling cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tabs, monitoring guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly, collaborating with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts, and adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.

The required skills such as bartending expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for efficiently preparing and serving drinks while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Repetitive motions and physical stamina are necessary to handle the demands of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods, ensuring consistent service throughout the shift.
