Temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing manufacturer
Opportunity to advance your CNC and machining skills
Set up and operate CNC grinding and machining equipment
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
Set up and utilize precision inspection equipment
Deburr finished products and prepare parts for additional operations
Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• CNC setup experience
• Ability to make minor program edits and machine adjustments
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and quality
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Experience working with tight-tolerance parts preferred

Training Schedule
To ensure your success, training will take place on:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM for approximately 90 days
After training, you'll transition to the permanent 2nd shift schedule.
