Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The firm specializes in securities, environmental, and complex litigation, offering a dynamic work environment for legal professionals.
Duties Draft pleadings and discovery documents.
Prepare consent judgments and settlement agreements.
Assist in the preparation of Prop 65 notices.
Negotiate settlements and consent decrees.
Conduct legal research.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Requirements Graduated from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in California is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work full-time and in person at the Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications Bar admission in any U.S. state; California Bar admission preferred.
Skills Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent negotiation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
