Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, and workflows.
This role ensures products are built efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high‑tech manufacturing.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM, statistical process control, and manufacturing software.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments with tight schedules.
