Lead Recruiter - Managed Recruiting
Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill in Raleigh, NC is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to lead recruitment efforts for corporate and managerial roles. This position will require strong interpersonal skills and a broad knowledge of HR functions.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience and proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems. Responsibilities include developing talent acquisition strategies and managing hiring processes across various departments.
