Develop short‑ and long‑term production plans to meet customer demand and business objective

Standardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organization

Oversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP)

Review and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constraints

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, or operations, with 8+ years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of assembly/test operations

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
