Registered Nurse - Perioperative - Surgery Nurse

Wellstar Health System seeks a Registered Nurse Operating Room to deliver safe, compassionate perioperative care. The OR RN will circulate and, as needed, scrub for surgical procedures, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include pre-op assessment, verification and maintenance of sterile technique, intra-op monitoring, documentation, medication administration, and post-op handoff. The nurse will follow evidence-based practice, support quality and safety initiatives, mentor peers, and participate in continuous improvement in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
