Lateral Police Officer – Up to $118K | Longmont Police Department
The Longmont Police Department is hiring experienced Lateral Police Officers with Colorado POST certification (or eligibility). Earn $93,768–$118,536 annually based on experience, with opportunities in specialized units, strong benefits, and career advancement.

Flexible scheduling during training
After successful completion of probation, opportunities include:
- Detectives, School Resource Officer (SRO), Traffic Unit
- Special Investigations, SWAT, K9, Negotiations, Drone Operations
- Instructor roles (Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Driving, Training)
Bilingual Pay
~$50–$200 per month for demonstrated Spanish/English bilingual ability

Minimum of one (1) year of full-time law enforcement experience
