LVN Nursing Positions (Home Health)

Responsibilities Provide direct care and emotional support to patients, their families, and caregivers.

Apply critical thinking to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care.

Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications Active California LVN license.

Minimum one year of professional nursing experience (home health preferred).

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
