Medical Receptionist/Front Desk- Physical Therapy

Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle patient inquiries.
Data Management: Register new patients and update existing records, including financial and insurance information.
Billing & Payments: Collect co-pays and payments, and verify insurance benefits and eligibility.
Office Operations: Maintain a tidy waiting area, manage office supplies, and coordinate patient flow to providers.
Experience with electronic medical record software (e.g., Epic, Phreesia) and office equipment.
Confidentiality: Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy.
Education: High school diploma or GED is usually required; medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
Fast-paced, high-volume environment like clinics, hospitals, or private practices.
