Fort Collins (Central Clinic): 1 Opening - Full-Time or Part-Time (Excellent clinic environment for a New Graduate).
Loveland (Orchards Clinic): 1 Opening - Full-Time (Seeking an experienced clinician ready to step in as the primary treating PT).
Johnstown Clinic: 1 Opening - Part-Time.
The Practice Model: 1:1 Care & Clinical Support

Patient-Centered Pacing: Focus entirely on dedicated 1:1 patient care within a highly collaborative outpatient setting.
Manageable Caseload: Expect a balanced, stress-free volume of 10 patients per 8-hour shift .
Modern Work Tools: Utilize WebPT for streamlined EMR charting, backed by advanced AI-assisted documentation tools and up to 2 paid dedicated charting blocks per week to eliminate take-home paperwork.
Core Modalities: Deliver evidence-based treatments focusing on orthopedics, functional rehab, and manual therapy techniques.
Fiercely Flexible Scheduling
The clinics are open Monday through Friday (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with absolutely no weekend or on-call requirements . Choose the schedule that best protects your work-life balance:

• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• 9-hour shifts paired with a dedicated half-day off
• Flex hours are fully available with advance notice.

Submission Requirements

Licensure: Active (or pending) Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Safety: Valid BLS Certification (Reimbursement and annual courses provided post-hire).
Clinical Preference: Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) certification is highly preferred.
