This role blends systems administration, advanced technical support, automation, AI, and systems integration, making it ideal for an IT generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Manage daily IT operations across MacOS, Google Workspace, and Okta.
Troubleshoot Tier 2–Tier 3 technical issues involving systems, networking, applications, and user access.
Support and maintain integrations across approximately 100 internal systems.
Design, implement, and improve automation solutions using scripting and AI tools.
Partner with internal teams to identify technical improvements and drive projects from idea through deployment.
Serve as a hands-on contributor within a small IT organization where priorities shift frequently.
4–6 years of IT Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations experience.

• Strong experience supporting MacOS environments.
• Hands-on administration of Google Workspace.
• Experience owning technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows or automate processes.
• Comfortable in a lean IT organization with shifting priorities.
• AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience.

Cybersecurity or compliance/audit experience.
Experience building workflow automations across multiple platforms.
Experience supporting global IT environments.
