St. Joseph's Medical Center
St. Joseph’s Behavioral Health Center in Stockton, CA, is seeking a qualified Chemical Dependency Counselor to empower patients to address at‑risk substance use patterns and guide them toward improved well‑being.
You will perform clinical screenings using SBIRT, AUDIT‑C, and Plus 2, assess across mild to severe substance use disorders, and coordinate interventions or referrals within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
