Licensed Practical Nurse PRN - Health

Alpha Home Health and Hospice

Join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) and provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes with a focus on pediatric care. Responsibilities administering medications, feedings, and treatments per physician plans
maintaining compliance through real-time charting
building professional relationships with patients and families
assisting with in-home assessments and care coordination
Qualifications current Texas nursing license (LVN or RN), CPR/BLS certification
pediatric experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Skills and attributes ability to develop clinical relationships, follow care plans accurately, and work independently
