Lube TechnicianMazda/VW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for providing high quality and efficient lubrication services for various vehicles within our dealership. The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous experience in the automotive industry and possess strong technical skills. He/she will have the drive to want to move up within the company as we have a unique "earn while you learn" Service Technician program. No need for Tech or Trade Schools here. Compensation: $17.00/hour full time plus benefitsBenefits: Medical, Dental, vision, vacation, 401kHours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm alternate SaturdaysThe Lube Technician will also have opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.Responsibilities:Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelinesInspect and replace filters, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components as neededKeep accurate records of all services performed and report any potential issues to managementMaintain a clean and organized work area at all timesCommunicate with service advisors and customers in a professional and courteous mannerFollow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehiclesRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent2 years of experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role in the automotive industryStrong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle lubrication processesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksDetail-oriented with strong time-management skillsMust have a valid AZ driver's license, good driving record and able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (THC not included)Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeASE certification is preferred but not requiredEEOC Statement: Berge Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
