TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

Travel RN – Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Full-Time | Onsite
Provide direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients within a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit
Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpreting fetal monitoring strips and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
Support patients and families through education, emotional support, and clear communication throughout the care process
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or Maternal Fetal Medicine
Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetric care
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery or Maternal Fetal Medicine setting
AWHONN fetal monitoring certification or equivalent
Familiarity with high-risk pregnancy conditions such as preeclampsia, preterm labor, and multiple gestations
