Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to Cardiac Telemetry and Cardiac Step-Down patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to support patient safety and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands
Required Qualifications
Current and active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac telemetry and/or cardiac step-down nursing
Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying unit environments and patient populations
