CNA Hospice Care PRN

Hospice Aide/CNA Opportunity

Are you a CNA with great compassion and concern for patients? Do you have experience in hospice services? If so, James River Home Health and Hospice may be looking for you! We are seeking a Hospice Aide/CNA to support our patients in their homes as part of our care team.

Eligible for applicable visit and holiday pay differentials. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with no guaranteed hours.

Flexible Schedules

Mileage Reimbursement

Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs

Help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the client's home

Document visits and services provided in a timely and accurate manner

Participate in in-service training sessions

Take and record vital signs if specified in the care plan

Certified Nurse Aides (CNA)

Home Health / Home Hospice experience preferred

Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all company policies
