Corporate Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Associate Attorney to join their corporate department in Manchester, NH. The role involves supporting clients across various offices, advising on business issues, mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial law, and counseling startups.

Duties Advise clients on general business issues and corporate transactions.

Handle mergers and acquisitions, including asset and stock transactions.

Conduct due diligence and related negotiations.

Manage debt and equity financings, including venture capital and bank financings.

Provide counsel to emerging growth companies throughout their business lifecycle.

Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active admission in good standing in NH; MA admission is a plus.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a sophisticated corporate practice.

Strong understanding of corporate transactions, entity formation, and securities law.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively.

Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications Active admission in good standing in NH; MA admission is a plus.
