COFFEE SHOP BARISTA (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME)

Barista Job Description:

You love coffee, you learn quickly, and you don't shy away from a busy shift. Being a barista at Feine means dialing in espresso, prepping pastries, engaging with customers, and keeping the shop running with speed and intention. You will manage peak rushes, refine your skills, and deliver hospitality that people remember. Feine is a Conshohocken-based specialty coffee shop established in 2012. We roast our coffee, build relationships with our community, and expect our team to take pride in doing things well. Our baristas are not button pushers. They are trained professionals who care about quality, consistency, and customer experience.

Prepare coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.

Maintain brewing equipment and espresso bar daily.

Execute light food prep, maintain pastry displays, and fulfill pastry orders accurately.

Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Communicate with the team to support smooth service and address customer needs or concerns.

Keep your station and the front of house clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.

Enjoy serving people and creating positive interactions.

Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous barista or specialty beverage experience preferred but not required.

Must be 18 years or older.
