Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Therapy Clinics

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Plano, TX. Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician recommendations
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes with the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policies
Demonstrate professional growth through continued learning and staying current with best practices in physical therapy
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Program
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Strong clinical assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation software
Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for patient care delivery
Prior experience in outpatient, home health, or clinical physical therapy settings
At Therapy Partners of North Texas, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment. 80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign‑on bonus options!)
$85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign‑on bonus options!)
