RN - Flex - Emergency Department, Nights

Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30). Must be flexible with shifts as they may vary to meet operational needs.
Job Description: We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic hospital environment. The role may require occasional floating to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for the same patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care following established protocols and standards.
Monitor and assess patient health status and take appropriate action as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health conditions.
Complete necessary documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing, preferably in a single location.
At least 18 months of recent medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Two recent professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for.
