Performs advanced engineering tasks under limited supervision. Help to mentor the engineering design team in development projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through completion.

Perform advanced engineering tasks under limited supervision.

Oversees all aspects of a significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Develops an action plan and estimates requirements for resources—management, labor, materials, and time required to complete project.

User of CAE tools such as Solidworks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, EES, CFD, FEA.

Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures, and provides advice on issues within the engineering field.

Capable of providing technical solutions to help solve manufacturing issues or address customer field issues; has some familiarity with multiple operations.

Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

Finish assigned engineering projects in accordance with customer specifications and within schedule and budget limitations, coordinating activities of engineering team, contractors, and vendors.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• 3+ years of related work experience or training
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly through root cause analysis
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP systems is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
