ServiceNow Platform Architect at Remote

We will consider remote candidate if candidate is willing to visit customer location on need basis.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), with additional exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) as value-add capabilities, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.

• Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (good to have).
• Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/API-based integrations and middleware patterns.
• Solid understanding of platform governance, health, security, and best practices.
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD)

• CAD

• Demonstrated ability to own and drive the ServiceNow platform end-to-end with accountability and ownership.
• Strong enterprise architecture mindset, with a focus on scalability, standardization, and long-term sustainability.
• Proven capability to drive strategic decision-making and define forward-looking platform roadmaps aligned to business priorities.

Delivery of scalable, stable, and high-performing platform architecture.

• Successful delivery of HRSD and ITSM transformation initiatives, aligned with organizational goals.

Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

• Define and drive platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead solution design across modules, with a strong focus on HRSD implementations and enhancements.
• Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and platform governance frameworks.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the ServiceNow platform, minimizing technical debt and enabling long-term maintainability.
