Bakery Prep - Full Time or Part Time

General Manager.

About the Role
Paris Baguette is a growing bakery café and we need Sandwich Team Members to prepare sandwiches, salads, sauces and maintain quality and presentation. The role supports teammates and ensures smooth operation.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.

Assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed.

Make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.

Ensure sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers.

Complete various reports for records such as production, usage and waste.

Order products and materials as necessary.

Maintain daily par levels and restock station orders.

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.

Inform supervisor when equipment is not working or food supplies are low.

Perform bi‑monthly and monthly inventory assessment.

Clean and sanitize refrigerator, freezer, storage, work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.

Receive stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of food handling or related experience.

Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.

Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams.

Team player who fosters a collaborative and engaging environment.
