Location: 6361 Promenade Parkway, Castle Rock, CO 80108

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 33–40 hours per week

Pay: $12.14 per hour plus tips

Estimated Tips: Tips may average $25–$50 per hour

The Role As a Server at Savina’s, you’ll do more than take orders. You’ll welcome guests, help them navigate our food and beverage menus, anticipate what they need, and create the kind of experience that makes them want to return.

We’re looking for people who are warm, composed, team-oriented, and comfortable in a busy full-service restaurant. Approximately two years of similar serving experience is preferred, but not required. About Savina’s Inspired by Grandma Savina’s kitchen and the Brinkerhoff family’s travels throughout Mexico, Savina’s Mexican Kitchen brings together time-honored recipes, scratch cooking, fresh-squeezed margaritas, and warm, genuine hospitality.

Approximately two years of serving experience in a similar full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required

Weekend availability is required

A willingness to develop strong knowledge of our food, spirits, beer, and wine

Comfort using—or learning—a restaurant point-of-sale system

The ability to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications within the designated timeframe

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move throughout the restaurant

Safely carry trays, dishes, beverages, and other items commonly used during service

Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy restaurant environment

Perform the essential responsibilities of the position during shifts generally lasting six to eight hours
