The Food Runner supports the Sous Chef and the Member Dining Kitchen operations. Responsible for assisting with garnishing, delivering prepared orders to correct tables, preparing items for cooks by washing, peeling & slicing ingredients, and aiding in dishwashing.
Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure.
Fluent, conversational English.
Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Club's kitchens.
This is a partial-year or seasonal position
Daily shifts available starting as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as 9:00 pm.
Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime may be required during periods of increased member activity. When necessary, shifts may extend beyond the standard schedule, potentially exceeding 10 hours.
