MTM Pharmacist - Help Patients Get the Most Out of Their Medications

Document interventions clearly and maintain compliance with MTM program requirements.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the U.Experience: Retail, hospital, ambulatory care, or prior MTM experience is a plus-but all licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply, including new grads.
Flexibility: Many MTM pharmacist positions offer remote or hybrid work.
Build expertise in managed care, ambulatory care, and clinical pharmacy pathways.
