Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP/CFY) – Full-Time Autumn Lake Healthcare at Catonsville/Summit Park

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) for a full-time opportunity in our skilled nursing facility. This position is designed to provide strong mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and a supportive environment to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.

Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations under supervision

Provide individualized therapy treatments for communication, cognition, and dysphagia needs

Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary rehab teams

Build clinical skills in documentation, Medicare guidelines, and treatment planning

Paid orientation and structured onboarding process

Consistent mentorship from experienced SLP supervisors and clinical leadership

Supportive rehab team environment with collaboration across PT, OT, nursing, and physicians

Diverse skilled nursing caseload with meaningful long-term patient relationships
