Full Time Sales Advocate

Overview Location: Brighton, CO. Position: Full Time Wireless Consultant. Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00 hourly.
Talk4less Wireless is an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer focused on delivering the ATT brand experience through marketing, sales processes, and customer service engagement. We are seeking ambitious, goal-oriented individuals who are coachable, customer-service focused, and motivated to join our team.
Responsibilities Provide friendly, timely customer service and create a positive store environment.
Learn and stay informed on promos, price changes, and policy updates.
Perform administrative and operational tasks (filing paperwork, communicating with management to resolve issues).
Keep store clean, stock accessories, and maintain displays in compliance with corporate standards.
Manage time effectively; open and close the store responsibly and secure sensitive items.
Act as a passionate customer advocate and engage with customers authentically.
Be part of a high-energy Cricket store team and contribute to its success.
Demonstrate a competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Collaborate with peers and store leaders to share best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
Balance delivering a strong customer experience with achieving performance goals.
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
Deliver outstanding service to retain and attract customers.
Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Management experience is not required, but preferred for advancing into store management.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling.
