Local Travel Physical Therapist Assignment
This role is a local travel Physical Therapist assignment in Hollister, California, offering a 13-week contract with weekly compensation up to $3,160 based on experience. The position provides comprehensive support and flexible scheduling for experienced PTs.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
Hold a current California PT License required
Maintain BLS Certification required
Preferred Skills:
~ Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
