Job Title: General Production Worker / Actuator Technician Job Description

This role focuses on supporting actuator repair and production by disassembling actuators, performing general labor tasks, and using hand tools to ensure efficient, high-quality work on the production floor.

Use hand tools and other basic equipment to take apart mechanical components.

Handle general production and labor tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

to 2:00 p.m. shift and participate in overtime as required.

Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and consistency to qualify for potential 4x10 shift opportunities.

Assist with additional duties on the production floor as assigned.

Experience using hand tools in a production, mechanical, or general labor environment.

Ability to perform physical, hands-on work for an entire shift.

Willingness to perform general labor tasks and support a busy production floor.

to 2:00 p.m. shift.

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or mechanical disassembly is helpful.

Ability to adapt to overtime and changing shift structures, including potential 4x10 schedules.

This is a non–climate-controlled production facility where work can be dirty and messy due to the nature of taking apart actuators. to 2:00 p.m. shift, with some overtime as needed and the possibility of transitioning to four 10-hour shifts after proving themselves. The environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and focused on mechanical disassembly and general labor tasks, requiring appropriate work attire suitable for a dirty industrial setting and consistent use of safety equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Greeneville, TN.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
