Quality Control Checkers

Quality Inspector –Location: Blaine, MN –Shift: 1st –Schedule: Monday to Thursday, OT on Fridays –Hours: 6:00AM to 4:30PM –Pay: $30‑38 per hour –Type: Direct Hire / Full‑Time Employment.

Perform the incoming, set‑up, in‑process, and final inspection of machined parts per inspection plan requirements.

Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) on the initial production of new parts per the applicable customer.

Assemble all necessary inspection documents to accompany shipments.

Identify and segregate discrepant parts, then notify the Material Review Board of discrepant parts.

Archive inspection records in the appropriate storage locations (both electronic and hard copy).

Identify process improvements that may enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity.

Set up, operate, program, and complete CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections.

Select appropriate handheld gages to perform inspections.

Maintain part and lot traceability information throughout the inspection process.
