As a CNA with Stratford VNA, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing essential personal care and support that allows them to recover and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Pay: starts at $21.50 per hour for CNAs, based on experience

Pay: starts at $19.50 per hour for non certified home health aides

The Certified Nursing Assistant travels to patients' homes and provides personal care, assistance, and support under the direction of the clinical team. Travel to patients' homes throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Assist with toileting and incontinence care

Perform light housekeeping related to patient care and safety

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency policies and procedures

Ability to travel to patients' homes

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Home care experience preferred, but not required

One-on-one patient care in a home setting
