Vice President of Client Development
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Client Development to join a team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, manage key client accounts, and foster strategic partnerships. This position also involves overseeing lead generation strategies and supporting sales activities to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead client development initiatives to drive business growth in the commercial insurance sector.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts in achieving revenue targets.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the client development team.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven expertise in client development and account management.
Strong experience in market research and lead generation.
Demonstrated success in sales and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
A track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Knowledge of insurance industry practices is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
