Head of Programme Management

The Program Coordinator works closely with Sirva client contacts to provide pre assignment support for their mobility programs. This position will be responsible for client mailbox management, supporting relocation agreements, and supporting client projects and inquiries.
*Support regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as reporting needs, group move planning, specialized program support, data queries, status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests and systems testing. Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed
Minimum 3 years' experience in working in relocation required
Project Management experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, (V-lookup and Pivot Table experience preferred)
High school diploma required
Undergraduate degree preferred
