As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and support to our patients in their homes. Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
