Senior Corporate Attorney | Chicago, IL | Hybrid

Our client, a national Am Law 200 firm , is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join its growing Chicago transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney who enjoys sophisticated deal work, direct client interaction, and a collaborative environment with a reasonable billable-hour expectation.

The attorney will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

Commercial and supply agreements

Joint ventures and other strategic transactions

General corporate and compliance matters

Structuring and negotiating business transactions

The attorney will have meaningful client contact and will be expected to take an active role in negotiating transactions and providing practical, business-focused counsel.
