Permanent / Full-time Master Electrician

As one of our first boots on the ground in Georgia, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. Install all electrical infrastructure required to support heat pump systems - done right, on every job
Upgrade main electrical panels as needed, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panel configurations
Pull permits and own the inspection process end-to-end across GA jurisdictions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site and perform necessary repairs with speed and precision
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and flag issues before they become problems
Test electrical systems for functionality, performance, and code compliance
Maintain strict compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
Master Electrician license with the ability to pull permits across Georgia jurisdictions
GA Electrical Contractor - Class II Unrestricted (State, RME Required)

Physical stamina for hands-on residential install work
Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
Prior experience with heat pump or HVAC-related electrical installs (preferred)
Experience on gas-to-electric conversion projects (preferred)
Actively staying current on electrification codes and equipment trends (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37 - $46 per hour (Plus $1000/monthly Stipend for Permit Holding)
